Terms and Conditions of Product Delivery
1. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation. The exact delivery time depends on the availability of the products and the customer's location. In case of delay, the customer will be promptly informed via email or phone.
2. Store Pickup
For the store pickup option, the customer will be informed via email when their order is ready for collection. Collection can only be made after receiving the relevant confirmation email.
3. Supplier Obligations
According to European Union legislation, the supplier is obliged to deliver the products within the agreed timeframe.
